Hello!  Welcome to Work Felicity!  My name is Traci Pavlas and I am a professional vocational counselor and job consultant.  I have been helping adults enter the workforce for over 20 years.  I meet the client where they are and hope to help them bring out their best skills and talents.  I have a background in private vocational education, public education, tutoring, and vocational rehabilitation.  I enjoy working with companies and managers who wish to diversify and expand their workforce and work model.  My goal is to increase worker satisfaction and happiness.  Naturally, then, overall productivity, office morale, and workplace satisfaction will also increase.  How can I help you or your company?

I have my Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling

In addition, I have certificates in the Cognitive Disabilities Specialization and

Psychiatric Rehabilitation.
